Henry T. Swailes, 75, of Columbus Junction, died Sunday, December 4, 2011, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Friday, December 9, 2011, at Grace United Church of Christ in Conesville.  Burial will take place at Conesville Cemetery.  Online condolences may be sent for his family through the web and www.gayandciha.com.  Gay and Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service of Iowa City is caring for Henry’s family and his arrangements.
